Dinner: Impossible, UNC episode to air March 10

According to the Food Network’s Dinner: Impossible website (click HERE), the UNC episode is scheduled to air on March 10. In this episode, Chef Robert Irvine was tasked to create a gourmet meal for 100 students using ingredients found in UNC Chapel Hill’s dorm rooms. Anoop Desai helped Chef Irvine along with other notable UNC officials and students.
